Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  In case of any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control, we will immediately notify you by email. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the “continue to shipping” button.  We use EMS United Arab Emirates for all shipments, which uses a wide network of postal services to deliver packages to over 180 countries and territories worldwide. Orders within the U.A.E. are free of shipping charge. All other shipping charges for your orders outside the U.A.E. will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sawwad FZ LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Local Pickup

Alternatively, if you wish to pick up your order from our showroom in Dubai, email us on customer@sawwad.com or Whatsapp Business us on +971502504456. A date and time will then be mutually scheduled. Please have your order confirmation number ready when you contact us.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you havenโ€™t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customer@sawwad.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
